Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Superbook platform operated by Superbros AS ("Superbook", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Superbook is a multi-tenant booking platform that allows organisations to manage resources (rooms, desks, equipment) and bookings across locations. The service is provided as-is on a software-as-a-service basis.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• One person may not maintain more than one account.

3. Workspaces

When you create or join a workspace (organisation), you agree to the workspace owner's rules and policies. Workspace owners and admins can manage members, resources, and bookings within their workspace.

Data within a workspace is isolated from other workspaces. You may only access workspaces you have been invited to or created.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other workspaces or accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the service
• Use automated scripts to access the service without our permission
• Transmit malware, spam, or other harmful content

5. Intellectual Property

The Superbook platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Superbros AS. You retain ownership of any content you upload to the service.

By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

6. Availability and Support

We strive to keep Superbook available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We will endeavour to notify users of planned downtime in advance.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Norwegian law:

• Superbook is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
• Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or NOK 1,000, whichever is greater.

8. Termination

• You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with notice where practicable.
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the service at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Norway.
